Chicken Nuggets

Ingredients list for Chicken Nuggets

  • 250 grams Boneless chicken cut into medium-sized cubes
  • ½ cup Corn flakes crushed
  • Salt to taste
  • ½ teaspoon Garlic powder
  • ½ teaspoon Black pepper powder
  • 1 tablespoon Mixed herbs
  • 2 tablespoons Refined flour
  • 2 Eggs
  • Oil for brushing

Method

  1. Preheat oven at 180ºC.
  2. Mix chicken, salt, garlic powder, dried herbs and pepper powder in a bowl. Transfer this on a plate. Add refined flour and mix well. Set aside for 10-12 minutes.
  3. Break eggs in a bowl and whisk well. Keep this aside.
  4. Place butter paper on a baking tray, brush the paper with oil.
  5. Spread cornflakes on a plate.
  6. Dip marinated chicken cubes in egg, coat in cornflakes and place on the tray over the paper. Put the tray in the preheated oven and bake for 20-25 minutes.
  7. Serve hot.
