Ingredients for Chikki Ice Cream Recipe

  • Vanilla ice cream 4 scoops

  • Sugar 1/2 cup

  • Cashewnuts roasted and crushed 2 tablespoons

  • Almonds roasted and crushed 2 tablespoons

Method

Step 1

Heat sugar in a non-stick pan along with two tablespoons of water and cook for five to seven minutes or till the sugar caramelises.

Step 2

Mix together the caramel, vanilla ice cream, cashewnuts and almonds in a bowl.

Step 3

Freeze for one to two hours. Scoop out in individual bowls and serve immediately.
