Ingredients list for Chilli And Garlic Crunchy Rice

  • 8 Dried Red Chillies
  • 10 cloves Garlic
  • 3 cups Basmati rice cooked

  1. Soak red chillies in warm water for fifteen to twenty minutes. Remove seeds and grind to a fine paste with eight garlic cloves. Crush the remaining garlic cloves.
  2. Heat oil in a non stick pan; add crushed garlic, ginger, green chillies, celery and sauté for one minute. Add cabbage, carrot, sprouts and toss well.
  3. Add the cooked rice and toss. Add soy sauce, chilli sauce, prepared paste, salt, white pepper powder and toss well. Cook for four to five minutes tossing at regular intervals.
  4. Add vinegar and mix well. Serve hot garnished with spring onion greens.
