By Sanjeev Kapoor 23 Mar 2021 in Recipes Course New Update Advertisment Main Ingredients Chicken mince, Green chillies Cuisine Fusion Course Snacks and Starters Prep Time 21-25 minutes Cook time 16-20 minutes Serve 4 Taste Spicy Level of Cooking Easy Others Non Veg Ingredients list for Chilli Cheese Chicken Roll 300 grams Chicken mince 2-3 Green chillies chopped 8 slices Cheese 4 Hot dog buns 1 Small onion chopped to taste White pepper powder to taste Salt 1 teaspoon Garam masala powder 2 tablespoons Fresh coriander leaves chopped to grease to shallow fry Oil as required Butter as required Lettuce leaves as required Tomato roundels for drizzling Mustard mayonnaise Method Take chicken mince in a bowl, add onion, green chillies, white pepper powder, salt, garam masala powder and coriander leaves and mix well. Grease palm of the hands with oil, divide the mixture into 4 equal portions. Take each portion in your hand and shape it into a cylindrical kebab. Heat sufficient oil in a non-stick pan, place the kebabs in it and shallow-fry, rotating them, till they are evenly cooked and golden all around. For each portion, place 2 slices of cheese slices on the pan, and place a kebab in the middle. Roll the kebab in cheese and let it cook from all sides for 1-2 minutes. Slit the buns in half vertically without cutting through. Apply butter, place a few lettuce leaves on the base half, place a few tomato roundels over them and place a cheese-chicken kebab in the middle. Drizzle mustard mayonnaise on top and fold the bun in half.
