Ingredients list for Chocolate Liqueur Shake
- 4 tablespoons Chocolate syrup
- 10 Almonds
- 3-4 Green cardamoms
- 1 teaspoon Instant coffee powder
- 2 cups Milk
- 2 scoops Vanilla ice cream
- as required Ice cubes
- 3-4 tablespoons Swiss chocolate liqueur
- 1 cup Whipping cream
Method
- Heat three to four tablespoons of water in a pan and add instant coffee. Crush cardamoms and add to the coffee and strain the mixture. Cool.
- Blanch almonds in half a cup of hot water for five minutes. Drain, cool, peel and chop half of them and cut the remaining into slivers.
- Add chocolate sauce, milk, a little vanilla ice cream and ice to the coffee decoction and blend.Add Swiss chocolate liqueur, remaining vanilla ice cream and mix well.
- Pour into a glass so that it is half full. Add chopped almonds.
- Add sweetened fresh cream, garnish with almond slivers and serve.
