Ingredients
- 100 grams dark chocolate melted
- Rye bread slices
- 2 eggs
- 100 grams caster sugar
- 100 grams butter
- Oil spray as required
- Sea salt to sprinkle
Method
- Preheat oven to 200º C. Line a baking tray with parchment paper and spray a little oil over it.
- Tear the rye bread slices and put into a food processor and process it to make crumbs. Add eggs, castor sugar and process again.
- Add chocolate and butter and process till well combined.
- Transfer the mixture into a piping bag and pipe out round cookies on the greased baking tray.
- Apply some water on top of each cookie, keep the tray in the preheated oven and bake for 10-15 minutes.
- Remove from the oven and sprinkle sea salt on top of each cookie.
- Cool, arrange on a serving platter and serve.
