Ingredients for Corn And Bean Twosome Recipe

  • Sweet corn kernaels boiled and drained 1 1/2 cup

  • Red kidney beans boiled 1 1/2 cup

  • Spring onions 2

  • Salt to taste

  • Black pepper powder to taste

  • For dressing

  • Mayonnaise 2 tablespoons

  • Mustard paste 3/4 tablespoon

  • Tomato ketchup 2 tablespoons

  • Paprika 1/2 teaspoon


Step 1

Chop the spring onion bulbs and greens separately. Mix all the ingredients for the dressing with a small wire whisk. Place in a refrigerator to chill.

Step 2

Toss the corn, kidney beans and spring onion bulbs in a large bowl.

Step 3

Pour the dressing over and season with salt and pepper to taste. Sprinkle with the spring onion greens and serve immediately.
