Ingredients list for Corn And Spinach Rice
- 3/4 cup Corn kernels blanched
- 2 medium bunch Fresh spinach leaves (palak) finely shredded
- 2 cups Cooked basmati rice
- 2 tablespoons Oil
- 1/4 teaspoon Cumin seeds
- 1 1/2 teaspoons Ginger-green chilli paste
- to taste Salt
- 1 tablespoon Lemon juice
Method
- Heat the oil in a deep non stick pan. Add the cumin seeds and when they begin to change colour, add the ginger-green chilli paste and sauté for thirty seconds.
- Add the corn kernels. Mix well and sauté for thirty seconds. Add salt. Add the spinach leaves and toss well. Cook for one minute.
