Ingredients for Corn Curd-SK Khazana Recipe

  • Cream style sweet corn 1 tin (400

  • Oil to shallow for greasing

  • Salt to taste

  • White pepper powder to taste

  • Spring onion greens finely chopped 2 tablespoons

  • Cornflour 1/2 cup + for dusting


Step 1

Grease a barfi tray with some oil.

Step 2

Heat a non-stick pan. Add sweet corn, salt, pepper powder, spring onion greens, cornflour and ¼ cup water, whisk and cook for 5 minutes.

Step 3

Transfer the mixture in the greased tray, cool down to room temperature and refrigerate for 2-3 hours.

Step 4

Heat some oil in a non-stick pan.

Step 5

Cut the mixture into squares, dust with some cornflour and shallow-fry, in hot oil, turning sides, till golden brown all around. Drain on absorbent paper.

Step 6

Serve hot with Schezwan sauce.
