Ingredients list for Creamy Corn Raita

  • 2 cup Corn kernels, boiled
  • 1/2 cup Yogurt
  • 2 tablespoons Sour cream
  • to taste Salt
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons Oil
  • 1/4 teaspoon Cumin seeds
  • 1/4 teaspoon Mustard seeds
  • Leaf lettuce(preferably Romaine), optional

Method

  1. In a medium bowl combine corn, yogurt, sour cream, and salt.Heat oil in a non stick pan, add cumin seeds, mustard seeds and pepper. Saute till the seeds splutter. Add to the corn mixture and mix well.
  2. Serve on lettuce leaves.
