Ingredients for Creamy Honeyed Fruits Recipe

  • Hung yogurt 1/4 cup

  • Cream cheese 1/4 cup

  • Honey 3-4 tablespoons

  • Kiwi peeled 2

  • Dried apricots 7-8

  • Apple 1

  • Pineapple sliced 1/4 cup

  • Orange separated into segments 1

  • Chocolate chip cookies 6-7


Step 1

Cut kiwis into slices. Cut apricots into halves and cut apple into cubes. Transfer all these into a bowl.

Step 2

Add pineapple, orange segments and honey and mix well. Refrigerate to chill.

Step 3

Combine hung yogurt and cream cheese in another bowl and mix well.

Step 4

Crush cookies coarsely with hands and place on a plate.

Step 5

Place a layer of chilled honeyed fruits into four individual short glasses. Spread a layer of yogurt-cheese mixture on top of the fruits. Top with crushed cookies and refrigerate for an hour.

Step 6

Serve chilled.
