Ingredients list for Creamy Noodle Cutlets - SK Khazana

  • 1 1/2 cups Boiled instant noodles
  • 2 tablespoons Butter
  • 1 1/2 tablespoons Refined flour
  • 2 cups Milk
  • to taste Salt
  • to taste Black pepper powder
  • 1/4 cup Processed cheese grated
  • for shallow frying Oil

Method

  1. Heat butter in a non-stick pan, allow it to melt and add refined flour and mix well. Cook till fragrant, but do not let the colour change.
  2. Add milk and cook on high heat, stirring continuously, till the mixture is thick and without any lumps.
  3. Add salt and pepper powder, mix well. Add instant noodles and mix till well coated. Cook for 2-3 minutes.
  4. Add processed cheese and mix well, cook for 2 minutes.
  5. Put this mixture into greased mithai trays and spread evenly.
  6. Refrigerate for 4-5 hours. Cut in cubes.
  7. Heat some oil in a non-stick pan and shallow fry the cubes on high heat till golden brown.
  8. Drain on absorbent paper. Serve hot.
