This recipe is from FoodFood TV channel By Sanjeev Kapoor 12 Jun 2014 in Recipes Course New Update Main Ingredients Cream, Walnuts Cuisine Italian Course Main Course-Chicken Prep Time 11-15 minutes Cook time 26-30 minutes Serve 4 Taste Spicy Level of Cooking Medium Others Non Veg Ingredients list for Creamy Walnut Chicken 1 1/2 cups Cream 1/2 cup Walnuts 2 Boneless chicken breast 1 tablespoon Oil to taste Salt 1/2 teaspoon Crushed black peppercorns 2 teaspoons Lemon juice 1 teaspoon Refined flour (maida) 5-6 cloves Garlic 1 medium Onion 6-7 Green cardamom 1 1/2 cups Chicken stock 10-12 Mint leaves 1 teaspoon Red chilli flakes Method Heat oil in a non-stick pan. Place chicken breasts on a plate, sprinkle salt, crushed peppercorns and 1 tsp lemon juice and spread it on both the sides. Sprinkle refined flour and apply it all over. Place these in the pan and cook, turning sides, till both sides are a light golden.Chop garlic and onion finely. Remove the chicken breasts onto a plate and add green cardamoms to the pan and sauté till light brown. Add garlic and sauté till light brown. Add onion and sauté till soft. Add chicken stock and mix well. Cut the chicken breasts into big pieces. Chop the walnuts and add to the pan. Add chicken and mix well. Cook on medium heat. Chop mint leaves finely. Add remaining lemon juice, a little salt, chilli flakes and cream to the pan and mix well. Add mint leaves and mix well. Serve hot.
