By Sanjeev Kapoor 18 Aug 2016 in Recipes Course New Update Main Ingredients Boneless chicken breast , Egg Cuisine Fusion Course Snacks and Starters Prep Time 1.30-2 hour Cook time 16-20 minutes Serve 4 Taste Mild Level of Cooking Easy Others Non Veg Ingredients list for Crumbed Chicken Fingers 6 Boneless chicken breast 1 Big Egg beaten 1 cup Buttermilk 1 1/2 teaspoons Garlic chopped to taste Salt 1 cup All purpose flour 1 cup Seasoned breadcrumbs 1 teaspoon Baking powder to deep fry Oil Method Cut chicken breasts in long strips. In a small bowl combine the egg, buttermilk, finely chopped garlic and salt. Mix together, marinate the chicken in this mixture for atleast two hours. In another bowl mix together the flour, seasoned bread crumbs and baking powder. Remove chicken from the marinade and drain. Discard the buttermilk mixture. Place chicken in flour mixture bowl. Shake well to coat evenly. In a large skillet, heat oil. Add chicken and fry in hot oil until golden brown and juices run clear. Drain on paper towels and serve with tomato ketchup or chutney.
