Ingredients for Cucumber Salad Horiatiki Recipe

  • Cucumber 2 large

  • Tomatoes 4 large

  • Onion sliced 1 large

  • Salt to taste

  • Feta cheese 50 grams

  • Dry oregano to taste

  • Green olives sliced 3-4

  • Olive oil 2 tablespoons

  • Fresh mint leaves a few


Step 1

Mix together the cucumbers, tomatoes and onion. Sprinkle some salt and toss in feta cubes.

Step 2

Sprinkle with oregano, olives and drizzle with olive oil. Garnish with mint leaves. Serve immediately.
