Ingredients list for Curried Chicken Tea Sandwich
- 2 teaspoons Curry powder
- 250 grams Leftover grilled chicken
- 4 Brown bread slices
- 1 tablespoon Mayonnaise
- 2 teaspoons Cream cheese
- 1 teaspoon Red chilli powder
- to taste Crushed black peppercorns
- to taste Salt
- 3 stalks Spring onion greens chopped
- as required Butter
Method
- Chop chicken into small pieces and place in a bowl.
- Add chicken juices from the grilled chicken, mayonnaise, cream cheese, curry powder, red chilli powder, crushed peppercorns, salt and spring onion greens and mix well.
- Apply butter on bread slices. Spread chicken mixture on two slices and cover with remaining slices. Discard the edges.
- Cut into triangles and serve immediately.
