Ingredients for Dalia Salad Recipe

  • Broken wheat (dalia/lapsi) cooked 2 cups

  • Tomato chopped 2 medium

  • Onion chopped 2 medium

  • Mint leaves a few

  • Lettuce leaves a few

  • Olive oil 1 teaspoon

  • Mustard powder 1/2 teaspoon

  • Salt to taste

  • Lemon juice to taste

Method

Step 1

In a bowl mix together broken wheat, tomatoes, onions, mint leaves, lettuce, olive oil, mustard powder, salt and lemon juice.

Step 2

Toss well.

Step 3

Serve cold.
