Ingredients for Devilled Sausages Recipe

  • Chicken Sausage sliced diagonally 4 large

  • Tomato Ketchup 1 medium

  • Olive oil 1 tablespoon

  • Garlic crushed 4 cloves

  • Salt to taste

  • Black pepper powder to taste

  • Tomato ketchup 2 tablespoons

  • Fresh coriander leaves 1 tablespoon

  • Brown bread 4 slices

  • Cheese grated 4 tablespoons

Method

Step 1

Chop the onion roughly and separate the layers. Heat oil in a pan, add the onion and sauté.

Step 2

Add garlic and sauté for half a minute. Add the sausage pieces and mix. Add salt, black pepper powder and tomato ketchup and mix well. Add coriander leaves and mix.

Step 3

Cut the bread slices into round slices with a cookie cutter. Arrange the sausage mixture over the slices and top with grated cheese. Serve immediately.
