By Sanjeev Kapoor 22 Jan 2019 in Recipes Course New Update Main Ingredients Thin pressed rice (patle pohe), Oil Cuisine Maharashtrian Course Snacks and Starters Prep Time 31-40 minutes Cook time 0-5 minutes Serve 4 Taste Tangy Level of Cooking Easy Others Veg Ingredients list for Dhadpe Pohe - SK Khazana 2 1/2 cups Thin pressed rice (patle pohe) 2 tablespoons Oil 1/2 teaspoon Mustard seeds 1/4 teaspoon Asafoetida 1 Green chilli chopped 1/2 teaspoon Turmeric powder 1 Medium onion finely chopped 2 teaspoons Methkut to taste Salt 1/2 teaspoon Sugar 1 teaspoon Lemon juice 2 tablespoons Fresh coriander leaves finely chopped 2 tablespoons Fresh coconut scraped 1 Curd chilli fried Method Heat oil in a non-stick pan, add mustard seeds and let them splutter. Add asafoetida, green chilli and turmeric powder and sauté. Take poha in a large bowl. Add onions, methkut, salt, sugar, lemon juice, coriander leaves, coconut and the prepared tempering. Mix well. Cover and let it rest for 20-25 minutes. Crumble the curd chilli and add to the poha mixture and mix well.
