Ingredients for Doodhi Juice Recipe

  • Bottle gourd (lauki/doodhi) peeled 2 teaspoons

  • Ginger 2 inches

  • Cumin seeds 2 inches

  • Juice of 1/2 lemon

  • Fresh mint leaves 10-12

  • Tulsi leaves 6-8

  • Black pepper powder 1/4 teaspoon


Step 1

Put bottle gourd, cumin seeds, ginger, lemon juice, mint leaves, tulsi, black pepper powder and a little water into a mixer jar and grind till smooth. Pour into glasses and serve.
