Ingredients list for Dry Fruit Oatmeal Halwa
- 6 pieces Dry Fruit Chikki
- 1/4 cup Oatmeal
- 1/4 cup Ghee
- 1 tablespoon Oatmeal flour
- 1 tablespoon Whole wheat flour (atta)
- 1/4 cup Sugar
Method
- Heat half the ghee in a pan, add oatmeal flour and whole wheat flour and sauté for two to three minutes. Add oatmeal and continue to sauté for two minutes.
- Add sugar and one and a half cups of water, mix properly. Cook till it thickens and gets a halwa consistency. Chop dry fruit halwa roughly and add the pan.
- Mix well and continue to cook for further two to three minutes. Dribble the remaining ghee from top. Serve hot.
