Ingredients for Dry Fruit Oatmeal Halwa Recipe

  • Dry Fruit Chikki 6 pieces

  • Oatmeal 1/4 cup

  • Ghee 1/4 cup

  • Oatmeal flour 1 tablespoon

  • Whole wheat flour (atta) 1 tablespoon

  • Sugar 1/4 cup

Method

Step 1

Heat half the ghee in a pan, add oatmeal flour and whole wheat flour and sauté for two to three minutes. Add oatmeal and continue to sauté for two minutes.

Step 2

Add sugar and one and a half cups of water, mix properly. Cook till it thickens and gets a halwa consistency. Chop dry fruit halwa roughly and add the pan.

Step 3

Mix well and continue to cook for further two to three minutes. Dribble the remaining ghee from top. Serve hot.
