Ingredients list for Egg Chops

  • 4 Eggs boiled
  • 4 medium Potatoes boiled peeled and mashed
  • 1/2 cup Cheese grated
  • 4 slices Bread
  • to taste Salt
  • 2 teaspoons Black pepper powder
  • 2 teaspoons Butter
  • 2 Egg
  • 1 cup Semolina (rawa/suji)
  • to deep fry Oil

Method

  1. Soak bread slices and squeeze them. In a bowl combine together boiled potatoes, cheese, bread, salt, black pepper powder, butter and mix well.
  2. Divide the mixture into sixteen equal portions. Take one piece of boiled egg and coat it with the mixture. Repeat the same for the remaining eggs.
  3. Heat oil in a non stick kadai, dip the balls int the eggs, coat with semolina and deep fry till golden brown. Serve hot with green chutney.
