Ingredients list for Egg Chops
- 4 Eggs boiled
- 4 medium Potatoes boiled peeled and mashed
- 1/2 cup Cheese grated
- 4 slices Bread
- to taste Salt
- 2 teaspoons Black pepper powder
- 2 teaspoons Butter
- 2 Egg
- 1 cup Semolina (rawa/suji)
- to deep fry Oil
Method
- Soak bread slices and squeeze them. In a bowl combine together boiled potatoes, cheese, bread, salt, black pepper powder, butter and mix well.
- Divide the mixture into sixteen equal portions. Take one piece of boiled egg and coat it with the mixture. Repeat the same for the remaining eggs.
- Heat oil in a non stick kadai, dip the balls int the eggs, coat with semolina and deep fry till golden brown. Serve hot with green chutney.
