In a bowl combine together boiled potatoes, cheese, bread, salt, black pepper powder, butter and mix well. Divide the mixture into sixteen equal portions. Take one piece of boiled egg and coat it with the mixture. Repeat the same for the remaining eggs. Heat oil in a non stick kadai, dip the balls int the eggs, coat with semolina and deep fry till golden brown.
