In a large bowl beat together yogurt, sugar and oil till fluffy. Sieve maida, besan, baking soda and salt. Add mixed nuts to it and then add it to the curd mixture slowly. Add vanilla essence and lemon juice and mix well. Pour the mixture in a greased baking tin and put it in the preheated oven for twenty minutes at 150°C and then for ten to twelve minutes at 180°C .
