Ingredients list for Fansi Mushroom

  • 100 grams Mushrooms
  • 150 grams French Beans
  • 2 tablespoons Oil
  • 2 Garlic cloves crushed
  • 1 medium Onion chopped
  • 1 medium Tomato chopped
  • 1 teaspoon Red chilli powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon Turmeric powder
  • 1 teaspoon Garam masalapowder
  • to taste Salt
  • for garnishing Chopped coriander leaves

Method

  1. Heat oil in a non-stick pan. Add garlic and saute till golden.
  2. Add onion and tomato. Mix well and cook till oil separates.
  3. Add red chilli powder, turmeric powder, garam masala powder, French beans, mushrooms and salt. Mix well, cover and cook on low heat for ten minutes.
  4. Garnish with coriander leaves and serve hot.
