Ingredients list for Farali Chiwda
- 2-3 Potatoes large wafer
- ½ cup Raw peanuts
- 2-3 Green chillies roughly chopped
- for deep-frying Oil
- 2 teaspoons Powdered sugar
- to taste Rock salt (sendha namak)
Method
- Peel and grate the potatoes in a bowl filled with water. Set aside for five minutes. Drain excess water and pat dry on a paper towel.
- Heat sufficient oil in a kadai. Deep-fry on low heat till golden and crisp. Drain on an absorbent paper.
- Deep-fry the peanuts and the green chillies in the same oil. Drain on an absorbent paper.
- Mix together the fried potatoes, peanuts, chillies, powdered sugar and rock salt in a bowl.
- Serve.
