Ingredients
- 2 medium apples, cored and sliced thinly
- 2 medium oranges
- 12-15 seedless green grapes, halved
- 12-15 seedless black grapes, halved
- 1 medium green capsicum, cut into strips
- 1 medium cucumber, sliced thinly
- 2 medium tomatoes, seeded and cut into strips
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- 2 spring onions, sliced thinly
- 2 green chillies, chopped
- Salt to taste
- 1½ teaspoons chaat masala
- 1 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil (optional)
Method
- Sprinkle one tablespoon of lemon juice over the apple slices to prevent discolouration.
- Peel the oranges and separate the segments. Remove the seeds and cut each segment in half.
- Combine the apples, oranges, green grapes, black grapes, green capsicum, cucumber, tomatoes, spring onions and green chillies in a large bowl.
- Add salt, chaat masala and mix. Add olive oil and mix.
- Serve chilled.
