Ingredients list for Fruit And Vegetable Raita

  • 4 slices Pineapple cubed
  • 1 medium Apple cubed
  • 1 medium Pear cubed
  • 1 large Tomato cubed deseeded
  • 1 medium Cucumber cubed deseeded
  • 1 medium Onion chopped
  • 15 Fresh mint leaves chopped
  • 1 cup Yogurt roasted
  • 1 teaspoon Cumin seeds roasted and powdered
  • to taste Salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon Black peppercorns crushed freshly
  • 1/2 cup Fresh cream
  • 1/2 teaspoon Red chilli powder

Method

  1. Add the roasted cumin powder to the yogurt in a bowl.
  2. Add salt, freshly crushed peppercorns and fresh cream and whisk.
  3. Add all the chopped fruits and vegetables and mint leaves and mix well. Serve sprinkled with red chilli powder.
