By Sanjeev Kapoor 22 Sep 2015 in Recipes Course New Update Main Ingredients Apple, Pears Cuisine Fusion Course Desserts Prep Time 1.30-2 hour Cook time 11-15 minutes Serve 4 Taste Sweet Level of Cooking Moderate Others Veg Ingredients list for Fruit Yogurt Fool 2 medium Apple peeled and chopped 2 medium Pears peeled and chopped 1 inch stick Cinnamon 4 cups Skimmed milk yogurt to taste Sugar substitute sucralose 6 teaspoon Porridge Oats 4 Almonds slivered Method Place apples, pears and cinnamon in a deep pan with half a cup of water.Bring to a boil and simmer on low heat till apples and pears are softened. Remove from heat, discard cinnamon and let cool completely. Place fruits and yogurt in a blender and churn till smooth. Add sugar substitute to taste. Spoon into four individual tall glasses and keep in the refrigerator to chill. Spread out the porridge oats and almonds in a baking tray and place under hot grill until lightly toasted. Shake the pan frequently. Let cool completely. Sprinkle oats-almond mixture on chilled fruit yogurt fools just before serving.
