Ingredients for Garlic Butter Toasts With Sun Dried Tomatoes Recipe

  • Brown Bread sliced 1

  • Garlic

  • Butter 100 grams

  • Garlic minced 1

  • Sundried tomatoes chopped 2 tablespoons

  • Dry oregano 1 teaspoon

Method

Step 1

Preheat oven to 220 deg C. Mix butter, garlic, sun dried tomatoes and dry oregano. Brush one side on the bread slices with prepared butter. Place closely on baking tray and bake at 220 deg C till bread is crisp at the edges. Cut into halves and serve immediately.
