Ingredients list for Garlic Prawns
- 25-30 Shrimps shelled and deveined
- 8-10 Garlic Cloves
- Extra-virgin olive oil 4 tablespoons + for drizzling
- to taste Sea salt
- to taste Crushed black peppercorns
- Maize flour for sprinkling
Method
- Preheat oven to 180º C.
- Heat extra-virgin olive oil in a non-stick pan. Crush garlic and add to the pan and sauté till brown. Add shrimps, sea salt and crushed peppercorns and mix well. Cook for 2-3 minutes.
- Put the shrimps in 4 individual earthenware bowls, drizzle extra-virgin olive oil.
- Roast maize flour in another non-stick pan, add salt and crushed peppercorns and mix well.
- Sprinkle roasted maize flour over the shrimps. Put the bowls in preheated oven and bake for 15 minutes.
- Remove from oven and serve hot.
