Ingredients list for Gobhi Matar Pattice
- 1 small Cauliflower grated
 - ½ cup Green peas boiled
 - 2 medium Potatoes boiled and peeled
 - 1 medium Onion finely chopped
 - 1-2 Green chillies finely chopped
 - ½ teaspoon Red chilli powder
 - 1 teaspoon Coriander powder
 - ¼ teaspoon Turmeric powder
 - ½ teaspoon Garam masala powder
 - ½ teaspoon Chaat masala
 - ½ teaspoon Cumin powder
 - to taste Salt
 - 2 tablespoons Bread crumbs dried
 - 1 tablespoon Cornflour/ corn starch
 - for shallow frying Oil
 
Method
- Mash potatoes and put into a bowl. Add cauliflower, green peas, onion, green chillies, chilli powder, coriander powder, turmeric powder, garam masala powder, cumin powder, chaat masala and salt and mix well.
 - Add breadcrumbs and mix well. Add cornflour and mix again.
 - Dampen your palms, divide the mixture into equal portions and shape them into pattice.
 - Heat some oil in a non-stick pan. Place the pattice on it and shallow-fry, turning sides, till evenly done and golden on both sides.
 - Serve hot.
