Ingredients list for Green Beans With Thai Style Sesame Chilli Sauce

  • 500 grams French beans
  • 2 teaspoon Honey
  • 2 Fresh red chilli diagonally sliced
  • 2 teaspoon Oil
  • 1 inch piece Ginger
  • to taste Salt
  • 1 tablespoon Honey
  • 2-3 teaspoon Vinegar
  • 2 teaspoon Sesame seeds (til) toasted

Method

  1. Trim the beans and blanch in hot water for five minutes.
  2. Drain in a colander and refresh in cold water. Heat the oil in a non stick pan. Add the ginger and the blanched beans and stir. Add the salt, fresh red chillies and sesame paste and stir. Add honey and vinegar and stir.
  3. Serve immediately sprinkled with toasted sesame seeds.
