Ingredients
- 1 cup fresh coriander leaves
 - 1/2 cup peanuts
 - 1 tablespoon green chillies chopped
 - 1/2 cup yogurt
 - 1 teaspoon cumin seeds
 - 1 tablespoon garlic
 - 1 cup fresh mint leaves
 - 1 tablespoon lemon juice
 - 1 teaspoon ginger chopped
 - 1/2 teaspoon tamarind paste
 - Salt to taste
 
Method
- Mix cumin seeds, garlic, peanuts, lemon juice, yogurt, green chillies, salt, coriander leaves, mint leaves, ginger, tamarind paste and a little water. Blend together in a mixier and serve.
