Ingredients for Green Corn Soup Recipe

  • Spring onion greens chopped 1 cup + fo

  • Sweet Corn cooked 3 cups

  • Milk 1 1/2 cups

  • Butter 2 tablespoons

  • Refined flour (maida) 2 tablespoons

  • Salt to taste

  • Black pepper powder to taste


Step 1

Place corn, milk and spring onion greens in a blender jar and blend into a smooth puree.

Step 2

Heat butter in a non-stick pan. Add refined flour and sauté for ½ minute.

Step 3

Add pureed mixture, 2 cups water, salt and pepper powder, stir to mix and cook for 4-5 minutes.

Step 4

Serve hot garnished with spring onion greens.
