Ingredients
- 250 grams green grapes
- 1 medium onion
- 2 jalapeno peppers
- 1 bunch fresh coriander leaves
- 1/2 medium red capsicum
- 1/2 lemon
- 2 tsp olive oil
- 1 tsp vinegar
- Salt to taste
- 1/8 tsp dried oregano
Method
- Wash and drain grapes. Chop them roughly Peel, wash onion and chop as finely as possible. Wash and finely chop jalapeno peppers. Clean, wash and finely chop coriander leaves. Wash, deseed and cut capsicum into small cubes.
- Squeeze lemon and strain the juice. In a medium sized bowl, combine grapes, onion, jalapeno peppers and red capsicum. Add olive oil, vinegar, lemon juice and salt.
- Crush oregano and add. Mix well, add chopped coriander leaves and let sauce stand for at least two hours to blend the flavours. Serve at room temperature with your choice of snacks or as a dip for your cocktails.
