Crush together almonds, walnuts, cashewnuts and pistachios. Place hung yogurt in a bowl, add condensed milk and mix well. Put this mixture into a piping bag fixed with a star nozzle. Drain the peaches from the pan and keep them on work top to cool. Keeping aside a couple of peach halves, chop the rest roughly and put them into stemmed glasses. Pipe the yogurt-condensed milk over them, drizzle a little honey over each, sprinkle crushed nuts on top.
