Ingredients list for Grilled Peach Yogurt Sundae

  • 4-5 Peaches halved and seeded
  • 1 cup Hung Curd
  • 2 tablespoons Butter
  • 10 Almonds
  • 10 Walnuts
  • 10 Cashewnuts
  • 20 Pistachios
  • 1/2 cup Condensed milk
  • 3 tablespoons Honey

Method

  1. Heat butter in a non stick pan, add peaches and grill them till lightly browned. Crush together almonds, walnuts, cashewnuts and pistachios.
  2. Place hung yogurt in a bowl, add condensed milk and mix well. Put this mixture into a piping bag fixed with a star nozzle.
  3. Drain the peaches from the pan and keep them on work top to cool. Keeping aside a couple of peach halves, chop the rest roughly and put them into stemmed glasses.
  4. Pipe the yogurt-condensed milk over them, drizzle a little honey over each, sprinkle crushed nuts on top. Slice the reserved peach halves and decorate the glasses with them and serve immediately.
