Ingredients list for Hariyali Chicken Makhani-SK Khazana

  • 250 grams Hariyali chicken tikka
  • 1 cup Spinach puree
  • 2 tablespo for garnish Butter
  • 1 tablespoon Oil
  • 1/2 cup Onion paste
  • 1 tablespoon Ginger-garlic paste
  • 1 tablespoon Green chilli paste
  • 1 tablespoon Fresh mint paste
  • 1/4 teaspoon Turmeric powder
  • 1 teaspoon Green cardamom powder
  • to taste Salt
  • 3 teaspoon for garnish Fresh cream
  • 1 teaspoon Coriander powder
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons Garam masala powder
  • 1 tablespoon Honey
  • 1/4 cup Milk

Method

  1. Heat butter and oil in a non-stick pan and onion paste and sauté till fragrant.
  2. Add ginger-garlic paste and green chilli paste. Mix well. Add mint paste and mix well. Cook for 2-3 minutes
  3. Add turmeric powder and cardamom powder, mix well.
  4. Add spinach puree and mix, cook for 3-4 minutes. Add salt and fresh cream, mix well. Cook for a few minutes.
  5. Add coriander powder and garam masala powder. Mix well.
  6. Add the hariyali chicken tikka and mix, add some water, stir and cook for 3-4 minutes. Add honey, mix well cook for a minute. Add milk and mix well, cook for another 2-3 minutes.
  7. Serve hot garnished with fresh cream and butter.
