By Sanjeev Kapoor 14 Mar 2020 in Recipes Course New Update Main Ingredients Eggs, Spinach puree Cuisine Indian Course Snacks and Starters Prep Time 16-20 minutes Cook time 16-20 minutes Serve 4 Taste Spicy Level of Cooking Easy Others Non Veg Ingredients list for Hariyali Omelette - SK Khazana 8 Eggs 4 tablespoons Spinach puree 1 Large onion copped 4 cloves Garlic finely chopped 4 Green chillies chopped 1 teaspoon Turmeric powder to taste Salt 2 teaspoons Cumin powder 8 teaspoons Oil 8 slices to serve White bread Method For each omelette break 2 eggs into a bowl, add ¼ chopped onion, ¼ chopped garlic, ¼ chopped green chilli, ¼ tsp turmeric powder, salt, ½ tsp cumin powder and 1 tbsp spinach paste and whisk till all the ingredients are well incorporated. Heat 2 tsps oil in a non-stick pan, pour the egg mixture, cook for 2-3 minutes or till the underside is cooked. Fold. Similarly make the rest of the omelettes.
