Ingredients list for Healthy Fruit and Nut Crumble

  • 10-15 Green grapes halved
  • 10-15 Black grapes halved
  • 8-10 Strawberries hulled and chopped
  • 1 tablespoon Almonds slivers
  • ¼ teaspoon Cinnamon powder
  • 2 tablespoons Honey
  • 3 tablespoons Jowar flour
  • ¾ cup Oats roasted

Method

  1. Preheat oven to 180º C.
  2. Put green grapes, black grapes, strawberries, cinnamon powder and 1 tablespoon honey in a bowl and mix well.
  3. Put jowar flour and oats in another bowl and mix. Add remaining honey and mix well.
  4. Line an oval glass baking dish with fruit mixture and layer the oats mixture on top. Put almond slivers on top.
  5. Place the baking dish on a baking tray, place the tray in preheated oven and bake for 15-20 minutes.
  6. Serve warm.
