Ingredients
- 1 cup rolled oats, roasted and powdered
- 1 cup dosa batter
- ½ cup mixed sprouts
- 1 medium onion, finely chopped
- 2 medium tomatoes, finely chopped
- 2 green chillies, finely chopped
- Oil for greasing
Method
- Take oats in a bowl. Add dosa batter and salt. Add water to adjust consistency and mix well. Keep aside
- In another bowl take the sprouts, onions, tomatoes, green chillies and salt. Mix well set aside.
- Grease a non-stick pan with some oil. Pour a ladleful of the uttapam batter and spread it thickly.
- Sprinkle the sprout mixture over it and let the uttappam cook evenly from both the sides.
- Serve hot with coconut chutney.
