Ingredients list for Instant Coconut Laddoo
- 2 cups Coconut scraped
 - 6-8 chopped Cashewnuts
 - 8-10 Almonds chopped
 - 5-6 Pistachios chopped
 - 1 cup Condensed milk
 - a pinch Green cardamom powder
 - for greasing Oil
 
Method
- Heat a non-stick pan, add cashewnuts, almonds and pistachios and dry roast for 2-3 minutes.
 - Add fresh coconut and sauté on low heat for 3-4 minutes. Add condensed milk and sauté for 3-4 minutes till the mixture thickens.
 - Add green cardamom powder, mix and transfer into a bowl. Grease palm with a little oil. Shape the mixture into small laddoos, arrange them on a serving plate and serve.
