Ingredients for Instant Noodle Pakoda - SK Khazana Recipe

  • Instant noodles 1 packets

  • Red chilli powder 1/2 teaspoon

  • Coriander powder 1 teaspoon

  • Cumin powder 1/2 teaspoon

  • Salt to taste

  • Spring onions with greens chopped 2 tablespoons

  • Gram flour (besan) 1 cup

  • Oil to deep fry

  • Chaat masala to sprinkle

  • Green chutney to serve


Step 1

Boil sufficient water in a deep non-stick deep pan, add taste maker, red chilli powder, coriander powder, cumin powder and salt and mix well.

Step 2

Add broken instant noodles, cook till ¾ done and transfer into a bowl.

Step 3

Add spring onions and gram flour and mix well.

Step 4

Heat sufficient oil in a kadai. Drop little portions of the mixture into the hot oil and deep-fry on medium heat till the pakodas are evenly golden and crisp.

Step 5

Drain on absorbent paper and sprinkle chaat masala on top.

Step 6

Arrange them on a serving platter and serve hot with green chutney.
