Ingredients for Instant Onion Pickle Recipe

  • Small onion 8-10

  • Spring onion bulbs 8-10

  • Medium beetroot boiled and peeled (optional) 1/4

  • Salt to taste

  • Vinegar 1 cup


Step 1

Slit onions and spring onion bulbs without cutting through and put them in a sterilized glass jar.

Step 2

Add beetroot, salt and vinegar.

Step 3

Let it remain like this for a day, after that keep it the refrigerator. Serve as required.
