Ingredients for Jeera Aloo-SK Khazana Recipe

  • Medium potatoes boiled, peeled land cubed 3

  • Cumin seeds 1/2 tablespoon

  • Roasted cumin powder 1/2 tablespoon

  • Oil 2 tablespoons

  • Salt to taste

  • Coriander seeds crushed 1 tablespoon

  • Red chilli powder 1 teaspoon

  • Dried mango powder (amchur) 1/3 teaspoon

  • Fresh coriander leaves chopped 1 tablespo for garnish

Method

Step 1

Heat oil in a non-stick pan. Add cumin seeds and salt, mix and sauté till the seeds change colour.

Step 2

Add crushed coriander seeds, cumin powder, chilli powder and dried mango powder, mix well and sauté for 1-2 minutes.

Step 3

Add potatoes and coriander leaves, mix well and cook for 2-3 minutes.

Step 4

Garnish with coriander leaves and serve hot.
