By Sanjeev Kapoor 09 Jun 2020 in Recipes Course New Update Advertisment Main Ingredients Mutton, Ghee Cuisine Indian,Rajasthani Course Main Course Mutton Prep Time 0-5 minutes Cook time 51-60 minutes Serve 4 Taste Spicy Level of Cooking Moderate Others Non Veg Ingredients list for Junglee Mutton - SK Khazana 750 grams Mutton cut into 1½ inch pieces on the bone 4 tablespoons Ghee 15-20 Dried Mathania red chillies 15-20 Garlic cloves to taste Salt 2 1/2 teaspoons Coriander powder for garnish coriander sprig for garnish Lemon wedges Method Heat ghee in a deep pan, add dried red chillies and garlic cloves and sauté for 2-3 minutes. Add mutton and sauté on high heat for 3-4 minutes. Add salt, coriander powder and mix well. Add 5-6 cups water, mix well and let it come to a boil. Cover and cook on medium heat for 35-40 minutes or till the mutton is completely cooked.
