Ingredients for Kaju Khoya Besan Laddoo Recipe

  • Khoya coarsely chopped 25

  • Coarse gram flour

  • Khoya/mawa grated 1 cup

  • Coarse gram flour (besan) 4 cups

  • Ghee 1/4 cup

  • Powdered sugar 1/2 cup

  • Green cardamom powder 1 teaspoon

  • Sugar substitute sucralose 7 teaspoons

Method

Step 1

Heat ghee in a non stick pan, add the gram flour and sauté till lightly browned and fragrant, stirring frequently. Add khoya and sauté, stirring continuously, till the khoya blends well with the gram flour. Add sugar and mix. Add green cardamom powder, ca

Step 2

Transfer the mixture into a bowl. Let it cool a little and then add the sucralose and mix well. Shape into even sized laddoos. Store when completely cooled. These laddoos should be consumed fast since they have khoya in them and will not keep for too long

Step 3

Better to store them in the refrigerator.
