Ingredients 

  • 1 cup black Bengal gram (kala chana) ,boiled
  • 1 cup green gram (sabut moong), boiled
  • 1 medium cucumber, finely chopped
  • 1 medium radish, finely chopped
  • 2 small tomatoes, finely chopped
  • 1 medium onion, chopped
  • 1 small cabbage, finely chopped
  • 3-4 spinach leaves (palak), finely chopped
  • 1 apple, finely chopped
  • 1 banana, finely chopped
  • 1 guava, finely chopped
  • 5-6 grapes, cut into small pieces
  • 50 grams paneer (cottage cheese), cut into small cubes
  • 1/2 cup green peas, boiled
  • Salt to taste
  • 1 tablespoon dried mango powder
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice

Method

  1. In a large bowl mix together kala chana, green gram, cucumber, radish, tomatoes, onion, cabbage, spinach, apple, banana, guava, grapes, paneer and green peas.
  2. Add salt, amchur powder, honey and lemon juice and mix well. Serve cold.
