Ingredients
- 1 cup black Bengal gram (kala chana) ,boiled
- 1 cup green gram (sabut moong), boiled
- 1 medium cucumber, finely chopped
- 1 medium radish, finely chopped
- 2 small tomatoes, finely chopped
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 1 small cabbage, finely chopped
- 3-4 spinach leaves (palak), finely chopped
- 1 apple, finely chopped
- 1 banana, finely chopped
- 1 guava, finely chopped
- 5-6 grapes, cut into small pieces
- 50 grams paneer (cottage cheese), cut into small cubes
- 1/2 cup green peas, boiled
- Salt to taste
- 1 tablespoon dried mango powder
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
Method
- In a large bowl mix together kala chana, green gram, cucumber, radish, tomatoes, onion, cabbage, spinach, apple, banana, guava, grapes, paneer and green peas.
- Add salt, amchur powder, honey and lemon juice and mix well. Serve cold.
