Ingredients
- 1 medium raw mango grated
- 2 tablespoons oil
- 1/2 teaspoon fenugreek seeds (methi dana)
- 1/2 teaspoon mustard seeds
- 1/2 teaspoon turmeric powder
- 1/4 teaspoon red chilli powder
- 1 medium onion, grated
- 1 tablespoon jaggery (gur), grated
- Salt to taste
Method
- Heat oil in a nonstick pan, add fenugreek seeds and mustard seeds, allow it to splutter.
- Add turmeric powder, red chilli powder, grated mango and onion. Mix well. Saute for two minutes.
- Add jaggery and salt .Mix well and sprinkle little water.
- Cook for two minutes and serve.
