Ingredients list for Karkaria
- 3 Banana
 - 1 cup Sugar
 - 1/2 teaspoon Vanilla essence
 - a small pinch Green cardamom powder
 - a small pinch Nutmeg powder
 - 2 Eggs
 - 1 3/4 cups Refined flour (maida)
 - 3/4 cups Whole wheat flour (atta)
 - 15-20 Raisins wash and pat dry
 - to deep fry Ghee
 
Method
- Mash bananas. Add sugar, vanilla essence and cardamom-nutmeg powder. Beat in the eggs one by one and whisk the mixture well.
