By Sanjeev Kapoor 19 Mar 2021 in Recipes Course New Update Advertisment Main Ingredients Raw bananas, Medium potatoes Cuisine Other cuisines Course Snacks and Starters Prep Time 21-25 minutes Cook time 6-10 minutes Serve 4 Taste Spicy Level of Cooking Easy Others Veg Ingredients list for Kaskal Cutlet 2 Raw bananas boiled, peeled and mashed 2 Medium potatoes boiled, peeled and mashed 1 teaspoon Ginger finely chopped 1 teaspoon Garam masala powder 1 teaspoon Cumin powder to taste Salt 1/2 teaspoon Chaat masala 1 teaspoon Green chillies chopped 1 + to garnish Medium onion chopped 1/2 teaspoon Red chilli powder 1 1/2 tablespoons Breadcrumbs to shallow fry Refined oil to garnish Onion rings to serve Tomato ketchup Method Take mashed green bananas in a mixing bowl, add potatoes, ginger, garam masala, cumin powder, salt, chaat masala, green chilli, onion, red chilli powder and breadcrumbs and mix well. Divide the mixture into equal portions and shape them into round tikkis. Heat refined oil in a non-stick pan, place the tikkis in it and shallow-fry, on medium heat, turning sides till evenly golden brown on both sides. Drain on absorbent paper.
